In today's dynamic business landscape, change isn't just inevitable—it's essential for growth.  Yet, initiating and navigating change within an organization can be a daunting task, often met with resistance, uncertainty, and disruption.  All change, regardless of scope and scale, takes a toll on your people and yourself.  I specialize in the "human" side of change and offer specific services that help organizations, teams and individuals ready themselves for large, organizational change, while minimizing disruption, encouraging commitment, and accelerating experimentation and adoption.

Strategic Planning Services

Planning out a change initiative is often rushed and can lead to a lot of complications downstream.  

 

Through a customized and tailored approach, I will facilitate team sessions where we align on goals, identify key stakeholders, and foster a shared vision for the change.  During this process, we will focus not just on initiative details but how to bring others along, foster inclusion and create psychological safety for learning.  We produce a full strategic plan- thoughtful communication strategies, organizational enablement efforts, and stakeholder management approaches.

Change Readiness Training

Change initiatives are inevitably very emotional for everyone.  Understanding the emotional impact of organizational change can be very helpful to all involved, especially for leaders. 

 

I offer a series of trainings designed to help employees at all levels better understand the psychology and neuroscience behind behavioral change.  I delve deeply into what change resistance is and how best to embrace it.  This work creates more awareness and understanding, builds skills to navigate organizational change, and improves empathy for others.

Building Resilience

Change is often stressful and individual's responses to organizational change vary widely.  Resilience and adaptability are the "must-have"  competencies for all employees.

My resilience and adaptability skill building is designed to help individuals develop the skills and mindset needed to bounce back from adversity and thrive in changing circumstances.  I use a combination of workshops, assessments, and individual and group coaching to help individuals identify and adopt strategies to navigate uncertainty and remain motivated and engaged, even when circumstances are most challenging.
